We support children and young people who have experienced significant trauma, placement instability, and complex challenges — with a strong focus on younger children and sibling groups who may otherwise remain in residential care.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to help strengthen the internal engine of the business.
This is a senior leadership position focused on helping the organization scale well.
The opportunity
As our Business Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for making the business run better.
You'll sit alongside our Operations Manager and work closely with the CEO to ensure the internal systems, infrastructure, reporting, compliance support, business services and growth execution functions of RISE are operating effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, building structure, and turning ideas into execution.
What you'll be responsible for
Business operations & systems
* improving workflows and internal processes
* identifying inefficiencies and fixing them
* systems improvements and automation
* business process redesign
Business services
* fleet oversight
* property and facilities coordination
* procurement controls
* IT and communications systems
* utilities and service management
Finance & performance support
Working with our finance manager:
* invoicing oversight
* debtor monitoring
* expenditure oversight
* KPI reporting
* business performance dashboards
* cost visibility
People & compliance support
Working with our People & Development Lead:
* onboarding systems
* compliance tracking
* training compliance visibility
* audit readiness
* policy/document control
* workforce reporting
Growth & projects
Working with the CEO and our Finance Manager:
* expansion projects
* business growth initiatives
What we're looking for
You're practical, organized, commercially minded, and solutions focused.
You can see inefficiencies, create structure, and drive action.
You'll likely bring experience in:
* business operations
* systems improvement
* corporate/business services
* organizational growth
* service-based environments
Experience in community services, health, disability or similar sectors will be highly regarded.
