Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing seamless check-in and boarding experiences.
Your work will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and baggage, providing support to passengers with special assistance needs, directing passengers safely to gates and boarding areas, handling missing baggage enquiries, and representing the airline and its partners to the highest standard.
