Strategic Business Development Leader

We are seeking an innovative executive to spearhead high-level growth initiatives, drive long-term revenue strategies, and expand market presence across targeted industries.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement forward-thinking business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives
* Identify emerging market opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
* Lead strategic planning sessions with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
* Drive initiatives to enter new verticals and geographic markets
* Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, customers, and influencers
* Oversee market analysis and competitive intelligence to refine value propositions
* Represent the organization with clients, partners, and industry leaders at the executive level
* Lead negotiations of major strategic deals and partnerships
* Cultivate long-term relationships that result in high-value opportunities and sustainable revenue streams
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic thinking
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging


Requirements:

* 10+ years of executive-level experience in business development, strategy, or corporate growth roles
* Proven track record of developing and executing multi-million-dollar growth initiatives
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into strategic actions
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred
* Certified Strategic Planner (CSP)
* Executive Leadership Program Certifications (e.g., Wharton, Harvard Business School)
* PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt
