We are excited to offer an Assistant Brand Manager with our BioCeuticals brand team to join us as a maternity leave cover.
Purpose
This role is meant to support and execute the marketing strategies for BioCeuticals Australia across all consumer segments and channels. This role will be responsible for driving category growth and ensuring brand relevance to deliver consistent and differentiated brand offerings which serve consumer needs.
This role will be responsible for executing on the brand building strategies, and working within category teams, centres of excellence and product development.
This role is a mat leave cover for at least 12 months and you’ll be reporting to the BioCeuticals Senior Brand Manager. You’ll be expected to be working in office at least three time a week from Warriewood and two days from home.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry leading practices for risk governance matters pertaining to the manufacturing industry including board practices relating to risk governance.
* Ability to work closely with the global team to unlock growth is a critical requirement of this role
Who are you?
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/ Business Administration, Commerce or any Health Sciences related.
* Someone who had prior marketing execution and campaign support experience coupled with some exposure to junior brand management work.
* Someone who is passionate about natural health, complementary medicines or strong interest to work with BioCeuticals range of products.
* High problem-solving skills with ability to leverage data, insights and category trends to form compelling recommendations
* Able to display high learning agility and curiosity
* Also open to consider innovation project managers with interest to transition into marketing
