Job Description
Make Windows and Doors is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Glazier to join their team in Gateshead NSW.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine size, shape, color, type of thickness of glass, location of framing and installing procedures.
* Install glass, smoothing rough edges with bed sanders or smoothing wheels and trimming them as required.
* Ensure excess glass is disposed of safely and all products are inspected for defects or weakness.
* Ability to coat, cut, etch, trim, and treat glass to achieve special effects.
Qualifications and Skills
* Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or equivalent.
* Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience within related field.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary and Position Details
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Full-time position available.
