About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical team (Ward 7) on a part-time basis, with a rotating roster across 7 days, including AM, PM and Night duty shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set and to be mentored by a dedicated team of Registered and Senior Nurses.

Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, research‐based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the direction and supervision of the RN.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Act as a role model for safe practice.
* Administer medications in accordance with state law and organisational policy.
* Maintain an ongoing commitment to professional development.
* Hold current registration with AHPRA.
* Have a minimum of one year acute nursing experience (essential).
* Be medically and IV endorsed.
* Commit to quality patient care.
* Comply with ACSQHC national standards.
* Demonstrate sound clinical decision‐making and problem‐solving skills.
* Exhibit excellent communication and customer‐service skills.
* Work well independently and within a team.
