**HR Advisor (Graduate)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support relating to published policies and routine HR practices
- Participate in HR activities as requested and required e.g., salary review, year-end activities, performance management
- Act as the first point of contact for ER/IR requests and advice. Interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements
- You shall support the HR manager in managing non-complex conflict resolution, investigations and mediation activities
- Your responsibility also includes liaising with key internal stakeholders, including HR Managers, Recruitment, Learning and HR Services
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and standards
**What makes you great**
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members
- You possess strong communication skills with an aptitude for learning
- Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies and advice
- Open for fresh graduates who are looking for long term career progression or for seasoned HR recruitment professionals looking for an entry level generalist role
