About you:
2 - 3 years of IT experience working as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, with experience in an MSP EnvironmentExperience with IBM Power or Commvault solutions will be highly advantageousPrevious exposure to the IT Managed Services space, i.e., infrastructure, such as mid-range systems, servers, virtualisation, backup, and storage.Strong experience managing enterprise and mid-market accounts.You will be able to create and manage quotes, proposals, and presentationsProven experience in retaining and growing key accounts.
The Role:
Strong focus on Business Development and closing dealsPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects and customersManage key accounts in the mid-market and enterprise space.Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing toolsUpdating of client profiling data and interactions on SalesforceManage negotiations with key customers to secure deals.
