As a facilities leader, you will drive excellence in corporate environments. This includes ensuring a welcoming, safe and efficient space that supports employee productivity and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead processes related to reception services, security access and contractor management.
* Develop and review the Corporate Facilities strategy and business plan including leasing and contract management.
* Maintain compliance with activities related to fire and security services equipment and training, and Asset Management system compliance.
* Monitor facilities management activities within budget and comply with current legislation.
* Manage safety and security issues and incidents including acting as the point of contact for building management.
About You:
* You should have 7+ years experience in facilities management or office management roles.
* You must have a sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, Contractor Management and high-level communication skills.
* You should be able to lead and mentor your team, delegate tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
