Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Residential Property Manager. The responsibilities include the day‐to‐day management of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained, coordinating property leases, managing tenant relationships, and handling lease administration. The role also involves ensuring compliance with property and lease agreements, addressing tenant and landlord needs, and overseeing property maintenance and operations as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and tenants.
* Experience and proficiency in Property Management and handling Leases.
* Knowledge in Lease Administration and related documentation processes.
* Attention to detail, problem‐solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
* Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is an advantage.
* Prior experience in residential property management or a related field is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in property management software or tools is beneficial.
