About the Role
At our organization, we are seeking a Graduate Trainee II to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and more.
As a Graduate Trainee II, you will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using languages such as Java or .NET. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
You will also develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases. You will identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools. You will collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.
In addition, you will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. You will conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions. You will facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, etc.) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
They should also have an understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
