Job Description
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointments and patient records
Supporting patients with information and reassurance
Working closely with our dentists and clinical team
Helping maintain a positive, upbeat practice environment
Qualifications
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Organised with strong communication skills
A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
Experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable
Experience in the dental industry is an advantage, but not essential
