An exciting opportunity is available for a Brand Success Coordinator to join a fast-growing e-commerce and logistics business supporting a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, data insights, and operations, acting as the key point of contact for brands while collaborating closely with internal operations and warehouse teams.

You will play a critical role ensuring client partners receive exceptional service while using reporting, analytics, and operational insights to continuously improve performance.

About the Role

This is a highly collaborative role where you will manage relationships with multiple brands while ensuring operational excellence across fulfilment, reporting and communication.

You’ll work closely with operations teams to ensure brand requirements are delivered efficiently while using data insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand clients
* Manage client communication, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries efficiently
* Generate performance reports and insights to support client decision-making
* Analyse fulfilment, shipping and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
* Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to coordinate launches, stock movements and key brand activity
* Maintain clear documentation of processes, client feedback and reporting insights

About You

* 2–5 years experience in client success, account management or similar roles
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Comfortable working with data, reporting and analytics to generate insights
* Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across operational teams

Nice to Have

* Experience working in e-commerce, logistics or operational environments
* Familiarity with Salesforce, ShipHero or similar platforms
* Exposure to stock management, fulfilment operations or shipping performance metrics
* Experience driving process improvement or operational efficiencies
