Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing an allocated key account base within the tier 1 contractors, asset owners and developers. This role involves conducting thorough research to identify new leads, outreach, and providing exceptional customer support. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and will collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of the best customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Growing an allocated key account base in the tier 1 contractor space at head office and project level, as well as liaising with developers and clients.
- Achieve agreed direct sales revenue by Deals and camera monthly
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting (phone calls, LinkedIn, Email), running software presentations to closing the deal, and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensuring Evercam’s CRM system is updated with all meetings, contacts, companies, deals and notes.
- Remote working role with occasional travel required for site visits
- Liaising with other Evercam departments such as Marketing, Operations and Customer Success for delivering the best customer experience.
- Achieve agreed direct sales revenue by Deals and camera monthly
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting (telesales, LinkedIn, Email) to closing the deal and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross selling opportunities.
- Grow your pipeline using Construction lead generation platforms, LinkedIn and other sources provided.
- Manage inbound leads provided by the Marketing Team
- Update Evercam’s CRM system with all meetings, contacts, companies, deals and notes.
- Report progress to Evercam Team in weekly sales meetings
- Attend suitable networking events and tradeshow to represent Evercam
- Region wide travelling may be required
Requirements
- You have experience of the full Sales cycle and a proven history of smashing target
- You have sold into the Construction sector, ideally in the construction software industry
- You have the drive and hustle to make things happen.
- While this is a remote role, we are giving priority to candidates based in NSW, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
