You will be working in Ballarat as part of a high-performing Youth Support Team. Your key focus areas will include:
* Providing individualized support within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and home-like environment, and promoting positive family relationships.
* Delivering a trauma-informed framework that makes a real difference with young people who have complex needs and challenging behaviors.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid Australian driver's license for the state you have applied for
* Valid Australian working rights
* Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
* Hold or obtain Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications
Preferred Skills and Experience
We are seeking individuals who are available to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 model, including awake nights and sleepovers.
