In return, we will support you to build valuable people, leadership, and life skills all while working with people in need, from the comfort of our dynamic recreation facilities.If you are ready to engage and inspire the next generation of young people, join us for a rewarding and exciting career that is all about creating life-changing memories for those who need it most.About The RoleThe successful candidate will support our ‘Streetgym’ initiative that provides young people (12 to 18 years old) with an opportunity to engage in activities in their own neighbourhood as well as work on personal, social, and educational development aspects of their lives.The successful candidate will also support the delivery of Alternative Suspension. A program to address educational disengagement and the underlying causes, establish ongoing support pathways and plan successful returns to school for students currently on, or at risk of, school suspension.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging programs and activities.Provide individual and group support to young people, addressing their needs and concerns.Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all youth feel valued and respected.Collaborate with other professionals, such as schools, local council, and community organisations, to provide comprehensive support.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.Maintain accurate records and documentation of youth participation and progress.Advocate for the rights and needs of young people within the community.You will be responsible for planning and delivering programs and activities that promote the well-being and growth of youth in the Central Coast community.About YouYour passion is to positively impact young people's lives by helping them navigate challenges and achieve their potential.
