Customer Service Representative

The role involves receiving, assessing, processing, and responding to enquiries within a multi-channel customer service centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive inbound calls from customers, stakeholders, and other organisations
* Proactively determine customer needs and assist customers to understand suitable care options
* Interpret and simplify complex information to customers
* Utilise knowledge management systems to stay up-to-date with relevant Blue Care systems and procedures
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a customer service centre environment, well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to positively contribute to a multi-functional team.
