About the role
This is a part-time role at Chocolat of Mornington, a leading hospitality business located in Mornington, VIC 3931. As an FOH All Rounder and Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and barista skills to ensure a great experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Taking food and beverage orders, including coffee orders.
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
* Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house environment
* Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
* Providing excellent customer service.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar customer service or barista role within the hospitality industry
* Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
