Loftus Contracting is seeking an experienced
Diesel Fitter
to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This full-time role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Civil Plant, Light and Heavy Vehicles.
What you'll be doing -
* Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other heavy equipment
* Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on machinery
* Maintain detailed records of all work completed
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations
What we're looking for -
* Qualified Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with 3+ years' experience
* Strong technical skills and hands-on experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and hydraulic systems
* Experience in problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
