We're now looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help bring our Remedy magic to life across Australia and New Zealand. You'll get to work across our hero brands, limited batches and exciting new innovations, all while helping us recruit new drinkers and grow our "better-for-you" category for good.
What's the gig?
This isn't your average Assistant Brand Manager role. You'll be right in the thick of it, supporting big brand plans, shaping new product launches, and leading our always-on sampling program that gets Remedy into the hands (and hearts) of new fans everywhere.
You'll work closely with our Senior Brand Manager and the wider Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver campaigns, activations and trade marketing initiatives that make Remedy impossible to miss on-shelf, online and out in the world.
What you'll be doing
Support the delivery of the Remedy marketing calendar across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Lead the execution of our always-on sampling and experiential activations, bringing new consumers into the brand.
Assist with brand campaigns, trade marketing and POS initiatives to create best-in-class retail presence across Coles, Woolworths and beyond.
Collaborate on innovation projects – helping to plan, develop and launch new products, flavours and formats.
Manage sampling stock forecasts, agency partners and post-activity reporting to ensure every activation lands with impact.
Conduct competitor reviews and share insights to help the team stay ahead of trends and category shifts.
Support digital and social marketing activity alongside the Content and Digital teams.
Keep the Remedy brand looking sharp – managing packaging updates, product information and GS1 uploads with precision.
What you'll bring
You're a hands-on marketer with a creative spark and a hunger to learn. You love fast-moving environments, thrive on variety, and have a knack for getting things done. Whether it's coordinating a sampling campaign, briefing artwork or diving into the data, you bring energy, curiosity and care to everything you do.
Here's what will set you up for success
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
1–2 years' experience in brand marketing, FMCG, or a retail environment. Natural next step for a brilliant marketing intern or graduate.
A knack for project management and attention to detail – you like to see things through from idea to execution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; you enjoy working with creative, sales and operations teams.
Strong analytical mindset – you enjoy digging into data and insights to understand what's driving performance and where to go next.
A love of consumers, culture and brands that make a difference.
Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.
