Role: Valuer / Rural Land Professional

Role could suit an individual who is entry level to a highly experienced person, if you have an entrepreneurial mindset who is seeking a genuine partnership stake in the local business. Rural land professional is the best description. This is a full time role with core hours but the week is flexible.
Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 + super + vehicle + phone + equity.
For an experienced person, a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification would be a minimum with an aptitude for technical assignments. Entry level applicants will get the most out of this opportunity by achieving a CPV qualification once in the job and should demonstrate a high level of technical curiosity.
The successful candidate will get exposure to the fastest growing valuation group in Australia, and work within one of the largest territories in that group. This area has a diverse range of work, from advisory for farmers, to government and large clients including a number of ASX listed companies, to mortgage work for banks and private lenders. Assignments include compensation, mortgage, commercial, court matters and rural. Modern technology and datasets are in place to help get the work done. The group is wholly owned by Australians who are the people working the business and the feedback loop is not bureaucratic.

Location is negotiable. This opportunity will see the candidate assessing property markets throughout New South Wales. After training at Dubbo, the candidate could locate themselves in the Central West or the upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales, with the nominal bases being Dubbo and Orange.
The successful candidate will present themselves in a professional manner with a high standard of quality control, clear language and attention to detail. In this role you will provide expert and authoritative property information and technical expertise that is consistent with legislative and industry expectations.
