* Ensure food quality, safety and presentation are consistently high with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen, equipment and dining areas.
* Foster a team-oriented environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Comply with workplace health and safety policies, including audits, chemical handling and accurate record-keeping.
About You
* HACCP knowledge and accredited Food Safety Training.
* Proven cooking experience, strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Budgeting and cost control knowledge.
* Organized, detail-focused and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
* Physically capable of lifting, bending and operating kitchen equipment safely using PPE.
