The Role As Site Supervisor, you’ll run the day-to-day site operations—coordinating trades, driving programs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping projects on track. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on control, detail, and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors for smooth workflows
* Drive programs, sequencing, and daily site productivity
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
* Maintain top-notch safety, quality, and site presentation
* Monitor progress, report to Project Managers, and solve issues fast
* Manage logistics, materials, and site resources efficiently
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
* Commercial, residential, mid/high-rise project experience
* Strong sequencing, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Trade background (Carpentry highly regarded)
* Confident leader with excellent communication and organisation
* Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities under pressure
