Overview
An established and privately owned property development and management company is seeking a confident and dynamic Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of predominantly industrial properties. You will work directly for the landlord, managing relationships with multinational and international tenants. You'll be part of a small, agile team where the business owners are actively involved, enabling quick decision-making and a responsive working environment. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal restructure and the organisation’s evolving business needs and succession planning.

The Role
Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers
- Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships, focusing on engagement, retention, and service delivery
- Overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Taking ownership of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are met
- Using Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Supporting tenants in their use of the Cirrus8 portal to encourage self-sufficiency and streamlined communication
- Providing timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial, ideally managing an industrial portfolio
- Proficiency with Cirrus8, and willingness to learn and champion the software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach
- Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting
- Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination
- High attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver’s licence, and own vehicle
