Residential Property Manager Role Overview
This management position involves overseeing a select portfolio of residential properties on behalf of their owners. The role requires minimal new business or leasing responsibilities and provides support from experienced teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular property inspections

The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry experience, hold a valid registration certificate, be proficient in software programs such as Property Me and Microsoft Office 365, and exhibit moderate IT skills. Additionally, the successful applicant should demonstrate strong knowledge of real estate processes and regulations, possess keen attention to detail, and display a 'Can Do' attitude.
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills are essential for this role. Furthermore, the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally is crucial. A valid driver's licence and own car are also requirements for this position.
