We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Support Services Officer in our Townsville office.
* This is a part-time position that requires approximately 3 days per week of dedication and commitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations within our office, including travel coordination, fleet management, property and facilities support, office and reception support, clinician support, and administrative and IT support.
To excel in this role, you will require strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in administration, reception, or office coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients
* Manage our company fleet, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and available for use
* Provide property and facilities support, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently
* Offer excellent office and reception support, handling inquiries and tasks with professionalism
* Provide clinician support, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication
* Offer administrative and IT support, resolving technical issues and maintaining software systems
