What You'll Be Doing
* Fabricate and weld trailer chassis, drawbars, and structural steel components
* Read and interpret fabrication drawings and build instructions
* Operate workshop tools and machinery safely and efficiently
* Assist with deliveries, collections, and general workshop duties
* Maintain quality, safety, and a positive team spirit

What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification – Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or equivalent
* Strong MIG welding and structural fabrication skills
* Driver's license (Forklift license desirable)
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic small-team environment
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and proud of producing quality work
