* Opportunity for a true transformation specialist to lead and deliver on large scale change across SafeWork NSW
As the Director Transformation and Change, you will develop, manage and implement a large-scale change program, working with key stakeholders across SafeWork NSW, the Department of Customer Service (DCS), government agencies and representative groups to ensure a stronger and more responsive work health and safety regulator for NSW.
Reporting to the Executive Director Strategic & Corporate, this role will play a pivotal role in supporting staff across SafeWork NSW to continue the transformation and change management activities now that SafeWork is an independent regulator. The role will oversee the planning for the implementation of the Government's recent psychosocial funding investment.
Reflecting the values of the NSW Government, you will drive a collaborative and consultative approach, ensure appropriate governance, navigate complex negotiations, and build strong relationships and partnerships across NSW government and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes to improve regulatory services for workers in NSW.
About you
* You are an experienced executive in program delivery for wide scale transformation and change who is enthusiastic about delivering quality, complex, high-profile programs dealing with multiple technical, financial, political and stakeholder challenges.
* You have experience managing projects across government with a particular focus on legislative reform and policy.
* You are an excellent communicator and understand contemporary working practices and have insight into how to bring to life customer-centric business models.
* You come armed with the experience and commercial acumen to engage cross-functionally and influence to deliver organisational level change.
