With 30+ years serving the civil, mining, and quarrying sectors, we're expanding into an exciting new mining project in the Northern Territory and we're looking for a dynamic Mining Projects Supervisor to lead operations from the ground up.

About the role:
As our Mining Projects Supervisor, you'll play a key role in establishing and leading our team in the NT. You'll use your shotfirer expertise and leadership skills to support team performance, guide operational planning, and build strong safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate teams on a rostered basis using your shotfirer ticket and scheduling expertise.
* Support recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with HR.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations for safe operations.
* Plan and deploy equipment, staff, inventory, and other resources for the project.
* Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performing, safety-focused culture.
* Work closely with the Site Manager to improve drill and blast operations on-site.
To be considered, you'll need:
* Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within drilling/blasting operations.
* A current Shotfirer Ticket and strong people leadership skills.
* HR License (forklift license and Dangerous Goods ticket desirable).
* Proven experience scheduling, leading teams, and assisting with recruitment.
* Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
* Physically capable of working in outdoor environments over long periods.
* Ability to pass National Criminal History Check/SSAN, medical, and drug/alcohol screening.
Preferred: Technical service experience in mining operations.
