About the Opportunity
As a Spa Therapist at RACV, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. This isn't just about treatments, it's about delivering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, tanning, and make-up.
* Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
* Assist with reception duties including bookings, enquiries, and end-of-day procedures.
* Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For
* Certificate lII in Beauty Services or equivalent
* Previous experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
* Prior day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential
Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
