Expert System Integrator
Job Overview:
The Principal Consultant acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, resolving complex Workday intersystem problems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serves as a Workday Finance expert with extensive knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
* Reinforces organizational policies and procedures to others.
* Provides strategic direction for project workstreams and makes informed decisions regarding tactical direction.
* Identifies dependencies and facilitates collaboration between different workstreams within a project.
* Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within their projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* At least 4 years of experience in Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation.
* 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience is beneficial.
* Workday Adaptive Financials experience is advantageous.
* Experience working with other financial ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered.
* Background in financial or supply chain roles.
* Data-driven and solution-focused mindset.
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
