**Leisure and Entertainment Marketing Management**
Our entertainment client based in Sydney are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them in an exciting position, working with excusive, VIP clients of the company, promoting the finest restaurants and leisure facilities in Sydney.
The manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing process as well as managing the financials, budgets and ROI's. Also responsible for developing exclusive relationships with the likes of the Allianz Stadium amongst others.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the execution of brand and tactical marketing campaigns in the L&E; space for the company, with a focus on Entertainment, F&B; and Hotels in order to reach revenue targets and ROMI.
- Create reports and measurements on the impact of marketing activity via post implementation reviews to evaluate and provide strategic direction to the Head of L&E; Marketing, regarding status, associated costs and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assist the Partnership and Sponsorship Manager with execution of partnerships and sponsorships at a property level to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity.
- Ensure relevant contracted events are appropriately marketed to drive revenue through ticket sales, on-property traffic and retail activation.
- Provide accurate briefs to the Creative Agency team and ensure campaign concepts and rollouts are delivered on time, within budget and effectively represent business objectives.
- Develop, implement and monitor effective communication channels and other touch points with the objective to increase brand awareness and brand affinity, whilst driving revenue and market share.
- Leverage events by ensuring the organisation maximises the brand exposure it can achieve in all forms, identifying cross sell and up selling opportunities where possible in addition to engagement and value to members of VIP club
- Manage allocated budget including but not limited to monthly reporting, accruals and liaison with Business Partner (Finance).
- Develop marketing campaigns that comply with RSA and RSG codes, statutory requirements and company policy.

- Superior Communication Skills - Works with a high level of attention to detail, communicates clearly with all relevant departments on promotional activity and requirements needed to facilitate promotions.
