Regional Sales Manager
This role is responsible for providing sales support to daily operations and ensuring alignment with business strategies.
The successful candidate will serve as a communication liaison between stations and headquarters, contributing towards special projects when required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate market data collection and analysis from various sources.
* Monitor station performance and provide regular reports to ensure strategic objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships for cargo sales purposes.
* Conduct market research, provide data insights, and reports to supervisors.
* Perform administrative duties in support of sales functions.
* Assist in special projects related to the Regional Office or Commercial Department when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
* Certifications in sales, CRM, or marketing are beneficial.
* 2-5 years of experience in sales within the aviation industry is preferred.
Languages and Personality Traits:
Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with the ability to understand, read, and write in all three languages.
