SharePoint & Power Platform Support Engineer Avanade is growing and seeks passionate technology professionals to join our Managed Services team delivering continuous value to our clients’ businesses. We are looking for a Up-to-date Endpoint AC Management team lead. As an experienced M365 support professional within our Workplace practice, you will bring support experience to the technical delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions into public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments. You will work closely with customers to provide a high‑touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your experience in the support of the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps and .NET integration, is foundational to this role.
Leverage the most sophisticated tools to provide support to crucial business applications and embed Power Platform solutions.
Drive and execute client‑focused service delivery that results in business growth and increase our client successes by supporting innovative Power Platform solutions leveraging the best of the underlying Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and the Common Data Service) as well as SharePoint Online Information Architecture, Governance and Migration.
Provide a good level of experience and knowledge of the technical aspects of the Power Platform, SharePoint Online products, and the integration of solutions into existing cloud platforms, business applications, data architectures, and security frameworks.
Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
Your passion for supporting clients and shaping the ongoing continual improvement of our clients’ solutions is what is required for this role.
