About the Role:
As a Supervisor/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business, reporting directly to the Client Directors and Directors. You'll be part of a highly motivated and cohesive team, providing expert guidance to junior accountants and managing a diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients in business services and tax
* Manage and monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and billings
* Prepare budgets and financial reports
* Guide and mentor junior accountants, fostering a collaborative team culture
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality service
* Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
Key Requirements:
* CA qualified
* 10+ years' experience in business services within a professional practice
* Strong understanding of tax and accounting fundamentals
* Experience in managing WIP, billings, and budgets
* Proficient in MYOB AE
* Proven ability to manage a diverse client base
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* High level of personal maturity and organisational skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
