We are seeking a driven and energetic individual with a proven track record in residential sales. You'll thrive in a fast-paced team environment, be confident engaging with clients, and have a genuine passion for real estate and personal growth.
About You
• 3–4 years' experience in a residential sales role
• Proven experience with the listing and sales process end-to-end
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering results
• Confident vendor and buyer management, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and eager to continue developing professionally
• Proactive and confident with prospecting, door knocking, open home management and enquiry follow-up
• Strong focus on building and maintaining a pipeline through relationship-based selling
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong knowledge of the Sutherland Shire property market
• Real Estate Licence and valid driver's licence required
