About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a skilled therapist who enjoys both massage and beauty treatments, with flexibility to tailor your day around client needs. You'll be working with a supportive team in a tranquil environment where your expertise and client relationships are truly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of massage therapies — remedial, deep tissue, relaxation and spa-style treatments.
* Deliver facials, skin therapies and beauty services with exceptional technique and care.
* Provide professional skincare and wellness advice to clients.
* Ensure treatment rooms are clean, calm and beautifully presented.
* Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Skills & Experience
* Diploma of Remedial Massage and/or Certificate IV / Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
* Current ABN, insurance, and First Aid/CPR certification (for contractors).
* Professional association membership (for massage therapists).
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in spa, salon, or wellness clinic settings.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Availability for some weekends and late nights preferred.
* A caring, positive and professional attitude.
* Known head spa is advantage
