Service Delivery Manager

* The successful candidate will have experience in contract management or Defence industry roles.

* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
* A strong understanding of maritime operations and environments is also required.
This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, as well as coordinate and support workforce recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of contract law, governance, finance, and risk analysis, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day service delivery to meet profit, compliance, and quality targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
* Coordinate and support workforce recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
* Oversee contract administration, reporting, and compliance activities.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Drive innovation, process improvements, and cost optimisation opportunities.
