Job Description
Deliver accurate and timely fee calculations for adviser clients across multiple fee structures
Support all aspects of revenue processing, including reconciliations and reporting
Maintain and improve fee-related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on fee-related matters
Collaborate with technology teams to test and implement system changes or automation enhancements
Conduct regular audits to validate fee calculations and revenue records
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting
Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee calculations, liaising with internal teams as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fees and revenue management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fee Analyst should have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel is mandatory
Knowledge of financial services, particularly within banking and financial services operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
