SUMMARYThe Marketing Manager (ANZ) supports the execution of marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for activating marketing plans through the coordination of campaigns, digital initiatives, and end‐to‐end event execution. Working closely with the Director of Marketing (ANZ), as well as Sales, Clinical, and International Marketing teams, the Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with brand standards.This is a 10-12month contract position with potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The role requires availability to travel to industry and territory‐based events as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIESActivate marketing initiatives, ensuring plans are executed accurately and on schedule.Support regional marketing programs aligned with ANZ and global strategies.Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and internal communications.Coordinate and deliver marketing events including conferences, customer education sessions, workshops, product launches, and territory‐based activities.Manage full event logistics including venue coordination, supplier management, run sheets, registrations, AV, catering, collateral, and on‐site execution.Coordinate speaker logistics, travel, and accommodation when required.Provide on‐site event support and complete post‐event reporting.Assist with email campaign builds and scheduling using Marketo.Support website content updates and digital asset coordination.Coordinate social media scheduling, content organization, and approvals.Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting for digital and social channels.Assist with preparation and distribution of product launch kits, onboarding materials, and sales enablement tools.Support collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners on marketing initiatives, events, and content as directed.Coordinate marketing communications to partners, customers, and internal field teams.Support inbound lead management and tracking through Salesforce.Assist with lead reporting and coordination to ensure timely follow‐up.Support field teams with marketing materials and campaign updates.Assist with reviews of customer‐facing marketing materials in line with relevant regulatory guidelines.Maintain approved templates, disclaimers, and marketing asset libraries.Support marketing operations including purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier coordination, and budget tracking.Support additional projects or duties as assigned by the Head of International Marketing or local Sales Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or a coordination role.Demonstrated experience managing end‐to‐end events.Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries is required.Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to coordinate and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
