A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Business Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**
This role will include providing a high level of service to their customers and managing all aspects of finance, insurance and aftermarket products. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Introduce and utilize finance options to retain the sale and delivery of the vehicle
- Present aftermarket options to all potential and previous clients
- Identify and exceed the needs of customers during the buying experience and form long term relationships
- Maintain accurate records on all transactions via the various systems
- Present finance insurance options to customers
- Ensure that all encumbered vehicles are paid out in the time frame specified
- Demonstrate ethical and professional manner when communicating with the Financier and Insurer at all times and maintain current accreditations them
- Coordinate the preparation and collection of new & used vehicles
- Actively participate in dealership and sales & training meetings and activities
- Build and maintain relationships with all teams to create an approachable environment
- Create professional and friendly relationships with suppliers
- Continually extend knowledge of all competing aftermarket treatments
- Adhere to dealership appearance, attendance, behaviour, privacy and occupational health and safety policies
- Ensure contracts are kept up to date in all systems
- Maintain customer warranties for after-market sales
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous vehicle sales experience or experience with a major brand is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to build positive relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong process management skills
- Assertiveness and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing business and customer requirements
- A valid driver's license and own transport
- Recent national police clearance or willing to obtain one
