About the role
The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a full‑time position based at Rockingham, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion a safety‑first culture in pursuit of a zero‑harm environment, ensuring Never Walk Past.
* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers.
* Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the warehouse and in store.
* Manage stock movements and maintenance of stock.
* Load trucks with customer orders for distribution, complying with safety requirements.
* Unload inbound orders.
* Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g., loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Ensure documentation, labelling, and presentation of product is adhered to.
* Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
A forklift licence is required.
