About The Role : You will ensure payroll processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with legislation while continuously seeking improvements. This role is ideal for someone who excels at problem solving, driving system enhancements, and providing expert guidance in complex payroll operations.
- Lead payroll system configuration, upgrades, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, award, and enterprise agreement requirements
- Support fortnightly payroll processing and complex payroll queries
- Mentor and support Payroll Officers with system and technical expertise
About The Team : The Finance & Risk group provides essential financial stewardship and risk management to support Housing Choices Australia’s long-term sustainability and growth.
Skills and Experiences : You will have advanced knowledge of iChris payroll software, strong experience with awards, enterprise agreements, and multi-jurisdiction payrolls, and a proven track record in payroll compliance, audits, and governance.
- Advanced knowledge of iChris payroll software (system implementation experience desirable)
