We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-time Maintenance/Handyperson for our luxury holiday homes business in Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast This is an opportunity to take ownership of your days, working closely with the Maintenance and Project Manager and other members of the team to ensure we deliver timely maintenance services to our guests and property owners.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Some tools provided
* Own vehicle required
* Perform handyman tasks within apartments, homes, and common areas (e.g., patch & paint, minor plumbing repairs, pressure washing, BBQ cleans, minor carpentry, light bulbs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and so much more)
* Remain vigilant by identifying and suggesting improvement projects for apartments, common areas, gardens, and grounds
* Oversee external contractors whilst on-site
* Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety Legislation
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to create an extraordinary working environment
ABOUT YOU
* Prior experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Officer, Tradesperson or similar
* Physically fit
* A problem solver
* Friendly and customer service focused
* Ability to work autonomously
* Attention to detail
* Happy to work in reactive, ever-changing environments
* Happy to use your own vehicle as a maintenance vehicle (fuel reimbursed)
