About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the administrative team within the Allergy, Clinical Immunology and Infectious Diseases stream. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
* To develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Customer service experience with a high level of emotional intelligence.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and consumers.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
