Climate Control Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Climate Control Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of the mechanical services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch climate control services across various sites and industries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems, and have strong communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other colleagues and managers to foster a strong team environment, mentor apprentices, and provide on-site training. You will also need to self-manage your workload, determine job priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Maintaining current industry knowledge and staying up-to-date with changes and advances in refrigeration, air-conditioning systems, and technology is crucial in this position. You will receive training and development opportunities for a variety of work across multiple sites, including working with world-class museums and art galleries, major hospitals, the mining sector, tertiary education institutions, and central energy plants.
