Join us at The Salvation Army Bundamba as our Online Ministry Content Producer, where your creative and technical talents will play a vital role in reaching and growing our faith community.Permanent Part-Time | 20 hours / week | Based in BundambaSalary is in accordance with – Hay level 12In this role, you will use your audio & video production skills to help share a quality experience for those engaging with our weekly worship services online.
You will also explore new and engaging ways to encourage discipleship in the digital space.
You'll have the unique opportunity to touch lives by bringing worship into homes and expand our church's connection with the community through digital engagement.Key Responsibilities :Produce and publish our weekly online worship services (using Logic and Final Cut Pro)Record, mix, and edit special events (e.g.
Easter, Christmas, Concerts)Manage our online presence including website, Facebook, Instagram, messenger and YouTube – ensuring all content aligns with Salvation Army branding and Bundamba's unique voiceMonitor and respond to online engagement to foster a welcoming and respectful communityLead and train the Audio Visual teamCoordinate and facilitate online discipleship groups and forumsDevelop new digital media initiatives to help grow and strengthen our church communityConnect with and support our online congregation, offering pastoral care where appropriateAbout the Role :Mandatory working days :Sunday : 3 hours (for worship production)Monday : requiredRemaining hours are flexibleRequirements :Experience using DAW's (eg.
Logic) and video editing software (eg.
