The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing team. This is a leadership role suited to a registered architect with 5–10 years of experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about design excellence and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio development
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and directors
* Oversee site coordination and administration
* Ensure high-quality documentation and detailing
Skills & Experience
* Registered Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience
* Strong project management and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
* Desirable: Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop
* Solid understanding of NCC, planning regulations, and construction methodology
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in residential and multi-residential projects
* Positive, professional attitude and collaborative mindset
