Project Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced project leader to spearhead the planning and execution of complex projects.
This is a key opportunity for a skilled professional to drive project success by collaborating with stakeholders, including design authorities and project managers, to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and deliverables lists.
* Implement and oversee project scope management processes.
* Create and manage a resource-loaded project master schedule using Microsoft Project.
* Conduct weekly updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data.
* Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and manage capacity scenarios.
* Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
* Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting.
* Contribute to the improvement of core project processes such as scheduling, scope, and risk management.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects.
* Proven experience with earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools.
* Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports.
* Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and Power BI.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
