CRS Creative Recreation Solutions Pty Ltd is a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality playgrounds, fitness spaces, and recreational environments. We partner with councils, schools, architects, Childcare Centres and developers to deliver inclusive, innovative outdoor spaces that promote play, learning, and community wellbeing.

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive playground and recreational project sales across New South Wales.


About The Role


This is a relationship-focused sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse client base, including:

* Department of Education
* Local Government and Councils
* Landscape Designers and Architects
* Commercial clients including clubs, hotels, tourist parks, and childcare centres

You will manage leads, conduct site visits/client meetings, prepare briefs, present quotations and design concepts, and guide clients through the sales journey—from initial enquiry to project handover. Backed by our in-house design, manufacturing, and project management teams, you'll deliver seamless service and outstanding results.

You'll also work with a portfolio of established Asset accounts while identifying and nurturing new opportunities, supported by CRS's proven lead generation systems.

Must undergo police check and working with children check before commencement.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and convert sales opportunities across your territory
* Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across multiple sectors
* Present professional project proposals, quotations, and designs
* Conduct site visits, measurements, and pre-installation assessments
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Meet monthly sales targets and maintain sales pipeline reporting
* Grow existing Asset accounts and identify new sales avenues
* Engage and reactivate inactive accounts
* Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our sales CRM
* Stay current on product offerings and industry trends


What We're Looking For

* B2B sales experience (ideally in playgrounds, construction, or landscaping)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong self-motivation and time management
* Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
* Current driver's licence and white card (essential)
